The short answer
Prozo groups its warehouses into regional clusters so one site covers another. If a site becomes unusable, stock moves to another live site in the cluster. If staff cannot report, a trained reserve comes from nearby sites. If systems go down, data exposure is capped at 15 minutes, with a paper fallback.

What is the difference between shared, dedicated and managed warehousing?
In shared warehousing, the 3PL holds the lease and serves several brands, each in its own zone. In dedicated warehousing, it holds the lease and runs the site for one brand. In managed warehousing, the brand holds the building and the 3PL runs it. Prozo offers all three, plus a 4PL partner network, across 50+ warehouses in India.

No. Pay-per-use is a commercial model; shared warehousing is an operating model. Pay-per-use bills per unit, pallet or shipment, while cost-plus passes cost through plus a fee. Prozo offers both commercial models on shared, dedicated, managed and 4PL warehousing.
