Validate the purchase order lines, eligible stock, batch and shelf-life rules, labels, documents and the receiving appointment. Align warehouse completion with transport readiness and name an owner for any exception before the load leaves. Prozo runs the pick, manifest and handover on one record.

Prozo supports brands selling on the major quick-commerce platforms in India, including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon Tej, Flipkart Minutes and BigBasket. It holds the stock and delivers into platform warehouses and dark stores by appointment. Your brand keeps its commercial relationship with each platform.

Each platform sets its own minimum remaining shelf life, and the rule can change by category. The exact rule is in your purchase order or vendor agreement. Check batch and expiry dates before every dispatch, as stock below the limit is usually rejected at the dock.
